Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of European VAT. No customs duty or import fee is added on delivery, as goods ship from within the European Union.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before payment is confirmed.
Orders and availability
Each item is sold individually and exists as a single copy. The sale is final on payment. If unavailability is discovered after ordering, the order is cancelled and refunded in full within 14 days.
Payment
Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. Card details never pass through our servers. Accepted methods include card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Delivery
Shipped from Europe within two working days of payment, tracked and insured. Transit times depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. The item must be returned complete and in its original condition, packaging included.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item did not match its description.

Statutory conformity and hidden-defect guarantees apply. Each piece's condition is described on its page; disclosed flaws do not constitute a conformity defect.
